TOPCAST manufactures a family of gas and water atomization plants consisting of Vacuum Induction Furnaces and Atomizers. These are designed to deliver optimized solutions for the most demanding needs in powder metallurgy.
Depending on the final application of the powder, TOPCAST offers different systems like:
• Vacuum Gas Atomizers TMA-g for Additive Manufacturing using SLM (Selective Laser Melting) or EBM (Electron Beam Melting) for precious and nonferrous alloys
• VIGA (Vacuum Gas Atomizers) under ATEX regulation for Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Ni-based, MoCrCo powders, and more
• EIGA (Vacuum Gas Atomizers) under ATEX regulation for Refractory and Reactive metals such as Titanium and more
• Water Atomizers TMA-w
