The machine relies on electric servo motors to drive all of the die opening/closing and injection motions, making it easier to install and control. It uses standard automation principles and digital and analog signals to accurately control the speed, force, and position.
In addition to its advanced technology, the machine features a patented clamping system and injection motions that enable it to function effectively while maintaining a compact structure and clean appearance with fewer wires and no oil pipes.
